On New Year’s Eve, many of us set resolutions for the year to come and commitments we want to keep. We want to be better versions of ourselves: to get in better shape, to save money, eat healthier, travel more, etc… The problem with New Year’s resolutions is that it is easy to forget about them or completely abandon them all together.
As 2022 comes to a close and we are ready to welcome 2023, many of us are reflecting on the year that passed. In doing this, we find ourselves thinking about our words and actions, our successes and short comings. I would encourage you to instead of setting New Year’s resolutions, to instead come up with positive affirmations that you can recite in the new year.
