These are just a few of the many benefits self-love will have on your life.

Self-Love Practices
In pursuit of self-love, incorporating daily practices that nourish your mind, body, and soul are so important and create lasting impact. Here are some quick and easy practices you can incorporate into your day to foster self-love.
- Practice self-compassion when you make a mistake or mess up. Provide comfort to yourself like you would a loved one.
- Practice mindfulness and self-awareness, tuning into your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
- Engage in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment, whether it’s indulging in a hobby, spending time in nature, or pursuing a passion.
- Make a list. List as many things as you can that you love about yourself. These can be physical attributes, aspects of your personality, something you’re proud of, accomplishments…etc…When you are feeling self-conscious, critical, or full of self-doubt pull out your list and read all of the wonderful things you love about yourself.
- Get regular physical exercise. There are many proven benefits of working out. Exercise increases self-esteem, boosts confidence, and improves your mood. Even if it’s just some light exercise like walking or stretching, try to get in at least 30 minutes each day.
