Welcome to my podcast, The Wellness Project with Des, where I interview people with passions, hobbies, or side hustles trying to live their best lives by following their dreams and pursuing their goals. Get ready to be inspired!
On today’s podcast episode, I interviewed multi-passionate, Rebecca Hass.
I loved hearing Rebecca’s inspiring story of how she went from being overwhelmed, struggling with burnout and anxiety to becoming a Creative Wellness Coach, helping others overcome the same struggles. On top of being a Creative Wellness Coach, Rebecca is also a Pianist, a Music Composer that produced her own album, and a Podcaster!
What You Will Hear in Today’s Episode:
Rebecca strongly believes that everyone is creative in their own way and she expressed her creativity when she was younger through piano lessons.
She didn’t know exactly what she wanted to do in college but went to Ithaca College because it’s a good music school! She decided once she got there that she wanted to be a piano major. In her sophomore or junior year of College, Rebecca discovered her love and passion for Brazilian music, which led her to release her very first album, Florescer (Bloom in Portuguese) in 2018.
After she graduated and moved back home to Minneapolis (2006), Rebecca saw a flyer in a music store looking for a band member for a Brazilian drum group. But little did she know, this flyer would change the next 13 years of her life! She was in the group right up until she moved to Cali with her partner last year.
Rebecca explains how her struggle with burnout, overwhelm, and anxiety led her on her path of becoming a Creative Wellness Coach and dedicating her life to helping those that struggle with the same issues.
I can’t wait for you to listen to this amazing interview so you can become inspired by Rebecca’s story!
