R Reflections is a virtual fitting room app that allows its users to be the models but Rebecca has a much bigger vision for her app than a mere fitting room for clothes. Rebecca’s goals for her app are to help boost self-esteem and body image as well as help the environment!
Rebecca and I discuss the horrors of the fashion industry that they try and hide: the fact that they are one of the biggest polluters on the planet, the way they refuse to pay their workers a livable wage or provide them with safe working conditions, that department stores and clothing stores throw out their clothes at the end of the season, and more!
